Jack, I went to Kendall Square yesterday.

Kendall Square! The innovation district! Did you feel smarter just being there?

I felt... confused. There's a robot. Just rollin' down the sidewalk.

A robot?

Like a little cooler on wheels! I'm standin' there with my coffee, and this thing just scoots right past me like I don't exist.

(Laughs) That's the future, Mack! It's delivering somebody's lunch!

A robot! Delivering lunch! Meanwhile, I can't even get my nephew to bring me a sandwich from the kitchen.

(Laughs) That's because your nephew isn't programmed for efficiency!

No kidding. So I walk into this coffee shop, right? And everyone's on laptops. EVERYONE. And they're all wearing those... what do you call 'em... fleece vests?

The tech bro uniform! Patagonia vest, laptop, oat milk latte.

Oat milk! When did we start milkin' oats?!

(Laughs) They're curing diseases over there, Mack. Let 'em have their oat milk.

Fair enough. I will say this - Row 34? The oyster place? Phenomenal. Best seafood in Cambridge.

Now THAT I can get behind. Forget the robots, gimme the oysters.

That's the spirit! Kendall Square: come for the biotech, stay for the seafood.
