The burgers and fries are simply great and very fresh. I would love to give it 5 stars but it's a little overpriced. A smoked burger, fries and a shake costs $21. Granted It was yummy but it's not a place to frequent too much at those prices.

Average-good burger, great fries, great shake. There is no menu board above/near the cash register which was initially confusing for me as someone who has never been here before. Ordering on the touch screen was easy yet impersonal. You get a text when your order is ready and my order was not ready for a few minutes when I got the text. Overall confusing and needlessly technological experience.

Wow,in my heart I really wanted to give this 3 starts but my colleagues have helped me determine my first and only experience with Shake Shack was not good.
Burgers: good meat but overcooked to be dry, and was very salty (surprising since I'm a salt tooth that can almost never have too much, especially on beef). No crispy onions. Shack sauce is a very disappointing mayonnaise.
Shakes: it's in the name, why such a tiny and not-gratifying size for a shake that cost too much and did little to impress? I can get better shakes at Five Guys, McDonalds, etc.
Fries: decent crinkle cut, oil temp wasn't right though, not as crispy as they could have been.
Cost for this experience was way too much. 2 stars.

Simply do yourself a favor and walk the extra block to Tasty Burger where there is never any disappointment.

The mushroom burger is a slightly healthier choice than the original burger, which is equally delicious and juicy.

I would also recommend their fries, which is crunchy yet not so oily.

Seatings on the second floor offers great view of the square outside.

It also has two outdoor tables.

First time having shake shack, half/half drink was great, like a cross between lemon tea and lemonade. Fries were good too, good portion. I liked the shackburger but it was WAY too salty!!! I love salty stuff but man this was really too much. I'm too young for hypertension! Please cut the salt, thanks.
