Clean, convenient, quiet, safe. Reasonably priced for the area. Friendly inkeepers. We stayed in a room that shared a bath and waiting to use it was never an issue.
Great coffee and tea accessible.
Breakfast isn't the heartiest but we got filled up.

Lovely old house in a nice neighborhood a 5-minute walk from the T. Everything is just so. Hosts Ron and Linda are altogether charming and helpful. Good breakfast, often with good conversation. Very good coffee available 24 hours.

I have stayed at both the Morrison and Davis Houses several times now when I visit Boston. It has always been a lovely experience. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, and the beds are very comfortable. It is quiet, and convenient. Off street parking, close to everything, and easy. The owners are so nice, and go out of their way to be helpful. I said that I was gluten-free, and they made fresh baked gluten free muffins for me for breakfast. I will definitely be staying here in the future.

While warm and welcoming from the exterior, inside the Davis Room was less so. Davis and Little Davis Rooms share bathing and toilet facilities. Add to this a feline that that is obnoxious and is allowed to roam throughout the house unabated. If being in the middle of Tufts is your idea of relaxation, then this might be a place for you. The owners were not in town so we had to deal with a replacement who sometimes had other priorities than dealing with the BandB. For the cost, everyone should have a toilet and shower to themselves, and at a minimum, a cat kennel and someone on site to open the door. Also, the owners assume too much that those staying there will possess the same political and ideological views as them. The cable access isn't even worth mentioning, but if you are Right or Right leaning, expect nothing but 24/7 CNN.

Second time here and totally content- the beds are fantastic, breakfast company is often very good and it is so peaceful to sit in the living room with the cat and a hot cup of tea.

Great shower, cozy in the winter, and although this time we had the room right next to the laundry it was extremely quiet.
