Although we could not get our reserves seating on time, the staff made up for it by their generosity and sincerity towards their customers. The staff were fast, precise, and really cared whether you got your money's worth. Definitely recommend to everyone! Even one of our pickiest friends got to enjoy food on the menu!

Terrible experience!!!! Their grill are very dangerous, when they opened the grill, there was a spark and a grill piece hit my eyelid and burned a bubble there, it was very close to my eye. Now there is scar. What they did is only gave us a 20% discount. Is it very obvious there are many grill piece at the bottom of the grill, everyone of them. The corn I ordered are sour, which cause my diarrhea for a few days. Please don’t go there!!!!

Great experience! The staff is friendly, the prices are reasonable for what you get (quality meat). Kids meals are a terrific deal.

Beer was cold and good. 32oz Mega glass for $9 was a great deal with all the grilled meat we got.

As a meal, we got two kids meals (chicken and steak) We also split a meal for two.

Make a reservation, this place gets busy (because it is good)

This is a chain that I really love and enjoy. This is probably the most poorly run location in the chain. When you spend 100+ for lunch I expect things like sitting down to a clean table and be presented with clean utensils. This doesn't always happen here. Our latest visit the tons at the table were dirty, the table was sticky, the soy containers were sticky with hairy gunk, and the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The service is always mediocre at this location. Yesterday it was beyond bad. Slow and inattentive the first course took over 20 minutes to be presented. This wouldn't be a big deal if it weren't for the fact they give you 90 minutes after your first order before they boot you out. It made for an oddly paced and not relaxing meal. Our server was by (despite the restaurant being seated less than 30%) so infrequently I multiple times had to get up and get a pitcher to refill my own water.

If you like this style of food, it is one of the only spots to get the real deal in Boston, and the food again is very very good. When it comes to service and cleanliness, you will have to manage your expectations.

Great place for Japanese BBQ! Great service and moderate prices for the area. Also the fried rice is so darn good because they put the egg in after the rice is done so it’s all creamy and stuff.
