Oh, it is almost an institution. Starbucks coffee products, some Starbucks pastries. Other food options well beyond though...salads, sandwiches, soups, grab and go. Harvard and affiliated enterprises seem to want to fiddle, institutional ADD. See: Harvard Square last 20+ years. This cafe, it is fine. Seating, personnel...no need to make "improvements. "
Some of the rudest people I have come across behind the counter. If you hate your job that much go back to school and get an education so you can get a better job. If I could rate it a ZERO I would.
Assuming this is the one inside the coop, I think the market is at the wrong location. Good case too work in, if you can get one of the single seat tables by the wall. Good selection is teas, and I can recommend the chicken noodle soup, if it's on. Bathroom not great. With cruising the bridge on the floor above and using the one I've there (turn right on the far side). Ambience: stressed Harvard candidates working on their entrance essays.
Great affordable lunch deals, and the tea is good.
