For the past twenty-one years, Antonio Barros has owned Cinderella’s, serving pizza, pasta, calzones, and other comfort foods to Central Square and its Surrounding areas. After turning twenty-one, it was time for an upgrade. We’re talking about a full face-lift, brand new bar, tables, and atmosphere. The once comfortable cafeteria style restaurant is now opened up into a beautiful dining room, complete with a waiting lounge and 14 seat bar.

The bar is decked out with twenty beers on tap and a full liquor program. Under the guidance of new general managers Kyle Fletcher and Dave Wells, you will find a rotating craft focused beer lineup. Although there will be every day staples such as PBR and Harpoon IPA, there will be an ever changing cast of craft beers and some rare treasures like a limited edition bourbon barrel aged downeast cider, Maine beer company lunch, or a 1 off run of Northcoast Tart Cherry Berliner Weisse. Monday nights Cinderellas will be your craft beer destination with a beer focused promotion every week. You may walk in to a tap takeover, a new beer release, a cask tapping etc. For those less adventurous you will find a wide variety of domestic and imported bottles.

The liquor program boasts numerous vodkas, gins, rums, tequilas, and whiskeys with a fair amount of interesting cordials and a house made limoncello on tap. Classics with a twist is the name of the game for the cocktail menu. All drinks beckon to be tried in a slightly different manner than you may be used to, or you can play it safe and have a tried and true classic.

Our wine list is mostly outfitted by Global wines, who specialize in small vineyard distribution. We cover a global spectrum from Italy to France and Spain, to Portugal, Argentina, and New Zealand. Come enjoy a Tuscan Red with your Pasta or Brisket, or lighten it up with the refreshing bubbles of Prosecco or soft clean and green Vinho Verde paired with Mussels or Lemon Chicken Linguini

Just before relaunch, the team acquired Chef Adam Ganson. Hailing from the likes of Menotomy, Bull McCabes, and Lower Depths as well as opening an upscale italian joint in Chicago, chef is excited to present you with a taste of the past and future of Cinderella’s Bar and Restaurant. You will find classics such as the steak bomb calzone, seafood diablo, and food served until 12:45am. Chef Adam has brought on his famous braised brisket sandwich, topped with frenched onions, provolone cheese, horseradish mayo, and demi, as well as an ever changing snack menu served all day featuring a house made soup du jour, sriracha brined buffalo wings, deviled eggs and more.

Our biggest focus here is YOU, the guest. We want to create an atmosphere which is fun and inviting. Come enjoy, food, drinks, and conversation. We aim to fit into the cosmos of central square as a common ground. We hope to see you soon!
