Fun spot for trivia, and good beers on tap. Don't go off of current information on their website. They advertise that "Pizza's on us @ 8pm," but then didn't actually offer any food. Bartenders were incredibly rude and dismissive when we asked about info that was current on their website. Would have been fine if not advertised!!

The king of all dive bars. If you are looking for a great dive bar right in downtown Boston this is a good one. Dive bars seem to be disappearing and I hope this one has staying power.

The first place in a month traveling the US that would not accept an international driving licence as valid identification. I was told only a physical passport would be acceptable for a foreign national, due to their inability to process the drivers licence in a scanner. They were not apologetic nor polite about this fact. Would recommend their neighbours, The Sevens Ale House who are much more hospitable and a much more lively venue.

Loved the authentic bar atmosphere, and the food was some of the best I had on my trip.
