Somerville Brewing Company welcomes you to our new microbrewery and taproom at 15 Ward Street Somerville Massachusetts. Somerville Brewing Company started as a husband-wife team driven by the motto “Make good liquids make good friends”. Since its inception in 2011, the brewery has expanded distribution into six states, achieved annual production of over 2,000 barrels of beer and grown from 2 employees to over 35. Visit the brewery and taproom for tasters, flights, pints, lunch and dinner. We offer tours with the owners on Saturday afternoons and fresh cans of beer to take home.

I like this brewery a lot. They have an excellent staff which is always helpful. The service is brilliant. They have a parking space as well outside which makes it very convenient to reach. We tried the flight of 6 beers and it was a good experience. We also tried the Cheese Nachos and it was great!! The quantity was huge and the plate had more than enough for three of us.

We showed up with about 14 people for a birthday party shortly before a group of 50 was scheduled to arrive for dinner. The owner, Caitlin, took such good care of us. She let us move to the loft and coordinated with the kitchen to make sure we'd get our orders in before the group arrived. Turns out the loft is a really cool space with some history behind it! Caitlin was super sweet and fun to talk to, and went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of. Some of the best service I've had in my life. And the beer was, as always, amazing

Loved the atmosphere of this brewery. The beer selection was very impressive. I had a pretzel while there. The two dipping sauces served were good.

Great selection of beers. Good stuff you don't normally find. However, the food and beer were too close in temperature. Warm beer glasses and the Mac & Cheese was lukewarm. I did enjoy my sandwich. Although, I asked for some items to be left off of it and I ended up having to pull them off.

We hosted a baby shower in the Brewer's Loft and I highly recommend Slumbrew. The owner was responsive to our emails in advance of the event, they had transparent (and reasonable) pricing, and they were very easy to work with. The food and beer were DELICIOUS and the space was just right for about 30 people to hang out comfortably. The loft also overlooks the brewing equipment (not the taproom) so it feels even more private in person than it looked from the brochure. Would 100% host another event there, and will definitely be returning for beer!
