I originally wrote a review about some poor service I received, but what matters the most is when a company does what is possible to right the situation. The hotel reached out to me directly and went beyond and out of their way to improve the quality of service.
With that being said, I am glad to be a customer again and feel that the deeds of one person will not determine the quality of the entire organization.
I would gladly stay here again as long as the service maintains above average.
The rooms here are beautiful, the amenities are amazing with a great bar and restaurant, most of the staff I have met have been very friendly and kind and I usually always look forward to coming here.
The location is great. It is across the corner from the mall, minutes from attractions and a quick access to highways. Also liked the view! Rooms are clean. Shower's water pressure and temperature are really good. Three of the front desk clerks were really stubborn and narrow minded. Food was really pricey. Vallet staff was really nice and accommodating.
I booked this hotel for my graduation trip. I wanted a fancy hotel and an atmosphere of pure celebration. After talking with them on the phone I'm starting to have second thoughts.
Unfortunately I cannot cancel without a loss.

Staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are clean and not to small. Breakfast is ok. Nice view at the backside of the hotel. You have to walk a while to get to Boston or Harvard University (my preference is to take a cab).
Had really terrible experience with the hotel! The way they treat their guests is so rude and unbelievable!! My family lived there for 2 nights and at the time we check out there was a problem with the deposit they held. As a four star hotel, they provided a receipt without any line items and no dollar amount! The front desk didn't communicated in professional manner and even after the manager came, the manager didn't try to resolve the problem and said "Yes" when we asked "Is this the way you usually treat your guests?"
