There’s nothing better than grocery shopping.
You spend time with your family.
Sample a new taste here and there.
Put something in your cart you’d thought you’d never try…
and you find out you love it.
You learn something new about yourself and your
taste buds thank you.
Eventually you walk the aisles and
you grow familiar with a friendly place and it feels like home.
We’ve always wanted our H mart stores to
make our customers feel good about shopping
there. We take pride in what our stores look like,
and that also means we are meticulous about everything we offer you.
We never skimp.
And as the years go by you remember this… the experience,
the inspiration and all the meals you’ve prepared and enjoyed.
You smile about it… what could be better than that?
At H mart, this is what we do and we love it.
So we try to keep it fun and always fresh.
Vegetables are not always the freshest and items can be pricey. They do have good sales on their products and produce at times. Lots of Korean food options, but the Cambridge location is definitely more expensive than the Burlington one.
The prepared food section is good for picking out a lunch or a side dish for dinner. You should definitely be able to find an ingredient you need, but don't be too brand specific. Food court is great for lunch, but lacking in table space. Parking can be packed during peak times.
Tightly packed, crazy busy, not a lot of dim sum selection. Not enough space to move around even if it wasn't crowded, honestly. Decent quality products, though, and the checkout process was quick even though the lines were long.
H Mart has everything I need for cooking almost any type of meal. Their produce, meats and seafoods are fresh and they often have great deals. Love this place......
Been going here since they opened. Great for produce, including types that are hard to find around here (jackfruit, dragon fruit, Japanese yams, eg). Many, many imported items from eastern Asian countries, primarily Korea and Japan. Store is perfectly wheelchair accessible. Checkout is always very fast due to many open registers. Has always been bagging help available when needed too. The front part of the store has multiple fresh restaurant options and lots of seating, eat in or take out is possible.
Tldr: Go to Super 88 instead if you can.
Overpriced more pretentious version of Super 88, really only good for speciality items in a pinch if you can't get to a real Asian market with reasonable prices. Food court has so many signs stating what you shouldn't do that it feels like they don't even want customers to be there. If you can put up with a slightly grimier feeling atmosphere go to the food court at Super 88 for better prices, much better selection, and far more authenticity, or at least as much as you'll find in Boston.
